He's at my mums today. I've said to her to let him have 2 hours from 12.30... I think/hope that should be about equivalent, since he was up that bit later. Who knows??!?! LOL

LOL Jane you know me I was still awake at 5.30. Still nice to lie in the quiet and dark though, and enjoy knowing that Stan was still sleeping. I'm shattered today (lots on my mind with work stuff), hopefully I will sleep better tonight.

Stan had two hours nap today (12.45-2.45), was rubbing his eyes and saying 'I tired' when I got him home at 6.30, but I still went for a 7.30pm bedtime. Hope it was the right thing today. Tomorrow he is at nursery so will prob sleep 1hr 15 max.

Can I ask what's Stan's EASY is like now? Curious as DS's sleep is a bit funny and trying to work out what's the norm.  :)

After figuring this all out for the umpteenth time, I think Stan is a bit higher in sleep needs than many. So we have basically two routines now, a nursery routine and a home routine.

At home we do:
6.30-7 awake
12.30-2.30 nap
7.30 bed

On nursery days, the nap will be +/-1hr, and bedtime will be at 7. Friday/Saturday mornings tend to be creeping towards EWs as OT sets in, but a long nap on Saturday seems to set us right again. Touch wood.

Argh, I wish I could Anna. Stan likes to sleep with his door ajar, so if he's making a fuss at bedtime I tell him I'll have to close the door, it's too noisy. He stays quiet so he can have his door open. Same thing has just started to work for NWs and EWs - I tell him I'll have to close the door (sometimes have to do this more than once) but he usually quiets down and gets back into bed until his sunshine clock wakes up.
