I'd really appreciate if you could share a sample schedule for your 6-8 week old.
Also, can you please tell me what types of things you do with (or your LO does on their own) during the activity period?

There are some great routines posted.
For activity, you want to avoid overstimulation. They are very sensitive to it at that age. Mainly keeping them close to you and quiet talking, no busy toys, they love to just watch you get on with your day. Do you have a carrier or bouncy seat you can pop your LO in and take LO around the house with you?

For A time, we lay her on a blanket and play with little toys. She really likes the musical ones. It is also important to lay her on her tummy so that she can strengthen her muscles. Also, at this age, the diaper change is considered "A" time. She also enjoys her swing and bouncy chair. We also take short walks in the neighborhood or I put her in the Baby Bjorn and walk around the house and get chores done. I just talk to her the whole time and she seems interested!!
