I had a thread about this a while ago, because we get in food ruts too. My LO doesn't eat the same food as us, because his diet is so restricted. However, he still eats "adult" food, just without the foods that he can't eat. As far as breakfast goes, you can do toast, eggs, french toast, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. I know time is an issue for you since you work, so you can even make a large batch of pancakes in advance, freeze them, and then pull out as needed. For lunches, I am assuming you are packing food for day care and I don't know if things can be heated, but you can do sandwiches, roll ups with just meat and cheese, yogurt, fruit, etc. If you can heat things, you can always just pack leftovers for your LO.
If you look back, you will see the thread I started about this. There were some good ideas on it from others regarding food options.
