We did brave the no nap!  We still had NW of around 1.5hrs but he did a 12.75hr night and probably would've slept longer if we hadn't had to get up for work ::)

That is an improvement but he on;y did a 9hr day yesterday.  I think we are going to be doing a 20/30min catnap most days.  I guess if it doesn't help we can cut that too!!

Hope you get another good night tonight, and great you got a good wake up. :)

We had a 12 hour night!  6.30-6.30!!  I heard him at 2.55am and my heart sank but he appears to have been talking in his sleep - takes after me!

Great that Maya slept so well and so pleased she did go back to sleep at 5am.  It looks like a mini nap just to see her through is helping.

Maybe you need to do a 7pm bedtime on no nap days and 7.30pm if she has 20mins...  that may help stop her getting OT.  Do you think she's getting OT?  You could throw in an hour nap and 8.30pm bedtime - although I know you like early beds like me don't you?! ;)

I am so pleased for you.  I cannot tell you.  It it so so good she is sleeping better. :)

I don't know whether just to push through with this no nap for a few more days as you had a bit of regression didn't you at the beginning?

Please join my thread!  Thanks hun. Xx

Maybe a 15min nap is the way to go, just to keep OT at bay? Xx
