3 weeks old, at night,not sleeping baby

Dear Members!

I have a 3 weeks old baby boy. We have sleeping problems at night.The problem is:
we have a 4 hour feeding period....and always at nights after at least one feeding he dos not want to sleep at least 2,5 hours.
He sleeps  in our bedroom, in his moses.It dark enugh I think , calm, and silent.
I always looak at at the first signs of tiredness...and lay him immediately in his moses.What do I do wrong?
Could you help me?

hi there, are you feeding him 4 hourly in the day? you need to be feeding him every 3 hours, could be that hes hungry at night or overtired. are you able to put up your day like this:

Eat 7am
Awake 7am-8am
Sleep 8am-10am

Eat .....

etc
