my two year old boy LOVES olives .black and green..
he would eat the whole pot at once if i let him............they are good for him arent they?? normally consumes about 6 or 7 a day as snacks x

i figure they are healthy since olive oil is good.  Liv has been eating all kinds of olives steadily since she was a toddler. when she was little i rinsed off the briny kinds  cause i figured the salt might be high.

OMG, my 28 month old LOVES olives too.............and pickles.  I let her eat a few each day.  Don't worry too much about the salt though.  I think she gets this from me.  i love salty things.  Now, I run to run off and eat some kalamatas myself :)

My 17mo DD LOVES olives, she doesn't have them all that often but when she does she eats about 20!! x

sorry it takes so long Em.  Perth is lovely (have been twice)- we were choosing between perth and brisbane when we decided to leave sydney (8 years there and in the end 3 sets of friends moved to perth and 1 to brisbane), and were lucky enough to apply for our residency while living here as temp. residents (although we then had to fly to new zealand for a week to claim it!)
