No, Ovaltine isn't caffeinated as far as I know. It's a chocolate milk drink. If it's too chocolately maybe you can "water it down" (milk it down? ;D) with some plain milk.

Are you thinking of Postum? That's a malted roasted grain that's sometimes used as a coffee substitute that is caffeine-free; that might make an interesting beverage base, I must give that a try for me! (Trying to cut back caffeine myself)

Guess who has been eating Banana's behind my back!  Pre-school said that he has been eating them, so happy, one more food to add to the list.

I switched his Primary Care doc and I am so happy that I did.  We went today and the doc does not believe that he has a sensory issue with food but rather it is behavioral because he will eat all tectures of sweets and he does not have any other sensory sensitivies.  The doc stated that we should have him see a nutritionist that works well with picky toddlers.  He does not want us to restrict him of what he likes as of yet and then we will follow up with him again in a couple of months, fingers crossed...
