4.5 hours after a 1 hour nap with a 5.30am start? Really? I would have loved to do a one nap day when he slept past 6am but it was my birthday and we were out and about.  I will def do a one nap the next time he sleeps past 6am - just waiting now :)
Thanks for the input :)

maybe that is too long? Hmmm - I know he would sleep with AP after 4.5 hours but I am trying to find the spot where he will take a decent nap, not just when he is tired iykwim. Maybe I should start at 5.15?

Maybe just my DS :-[ He's always needed pretty long A times for good sleep...

Belated happy birthday!! Hope you had a great day.

Yay for a great night! I'd probably go for a 12pm nap after such a good night but you know your LO best so maybe a bit earlier if that's better for your LO...

What bedtime and wake-up are you aiming for?

Best of luck with it!

well in my ideal world I would like 7-7 but that has never happened so I guess I will accept any wake up after 6am and would still like bed nearer to 7pm but can do 6.30pm.
Thanks for the advice - I really appreciate it! DS has generally liked a shorter A before bed but I think that is just because he has long A times before that and not much in the way of sleep!!!

OMG! He has been asleep 1.35!!! Must have got the timing right or pure luck. Either way it is great. If he sleeps till 2pm does 7pm sound like an ok bedtime?
So the day will be...
A 6.35am
S - 12-2pm
Bed - 7pm
I will have to frame the day and put it in his room! :)
