Mash..you know, when there is an issue, anything, however minor i will do just in case its that causing the problem.i took D's Bumper off a good few months ago but i will def find it out again and give it a go,anythings worth a try!!

Well we took DS's cot bumper off at 12 months...when we moved to Germany we never bought him a new one. So it seemed silly to me to go and spend 50 Euros on one for a 20 month old despite DH constantly asking me to. I did and....instant results!!

Yay that this morning was better! Remember to listen out for the kind of crying, I kind of forgot about that once Stan was talking. She doesn't need your help if she is yelling and cross, and they do still 'mantra' cry... for example if Stan is crying 'I want my mummy... I want my mummy... I want my mummy...' over and over and not escalating, I just stay quiet.

Ben's just started crying "Mama, mama, mama" rather than normal crying - and it's heartbreaking isn't it?!!

Hope you get a good morning  :-*

Loads better this morning! she woke at 4.30 i went in and she said her teeth hurt so i gave her meds and bonjela and she rolled over and went back to sleep.she called for me at 5.30,then quiet till 5.45 when she called again, then on and off crying till her lights came on at 6am but nothing i had to go in for!

Claire- i think them calling mummy makes things so much worse.i think im quicker to go in to her when she calls me rather than when she cries cos it makes me fell too bad!!

woke calling for bonjela at 5am,was back asleep in mins and she slept till 6.30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! and her lights had come on at 6.00 and that hadnt woken her! she actually woke talking instead of screaming!! im sure she is getting the 'light thing'.she was saying 'lights on, morning time'

The wierd thing is she had a 1.45hr nap yesterday which is huge for Daisy and then an 11.5 hr night!

That's wonderful  :).  Sometimes I wonder if they almost get a 'deep' overtiredness, that just gradually gradually builds up over weeks and months, and then once they start making up for it they start to sleep better and better.
