keeps rolling on belly, and wakes her up
« on: April 10, 2010, 14:20:48 pm »
My 4 month old has been rollingover for a month, but now it's interrupting her sleep. She doesn't wake when she rolls over, but transitioning between cycles she wakes and is ANGRY to be on her belly.

I've tried sleep positioners, and they work for a few days or two, then she learns how to bulldoze right over them.

Any ideas?

I'm very tired, and she's waking my other two as well now.

That's a difficult one - we have had endless trouble with developmental waking, and it is such a pain.  If the sleep positioners don't work, you are probably just going to have to ride it out.  She will learn to roll the other way again, and then she won't get so angry.   The only thing you can do is to practise rolling while she is awake - here is a link on how to encourage it: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=82836.0

Hope it doesn't last too long.
