found some gluten soy and dairy free crackers that are quite nice (and dont taste like cardboard ;) )
'fantastic goodies' in the crackers and bbq shapes type section of woolworths.

 so to double check, you think that Kai can try it, as it does have sugar and salt in the bread (all the breads actually).  Anyway talk soon for the latest diet goss!

i got the go ahead for sugar and small amounts of salt in his diet. kingston is a little older than kai but i dont see why not?? just treat it like any other challenge i guess??
