Hi

So I'm doing really well now, of the last 3 nights she slept straight through twice and once woke I stayed in the doorway til she went back to sleep took 10 mins  :)

She still seems tired a lot however I thoughtt that would pass once she slept all night...

Her nap is from 12-2 and around 4 she is yawning every day and seems sleepy. She does stir at the 40 minute mark also which from experience with her means she is a bit over tired or overstimulated.

I know things are going well, but I want to make sure she is getting enough sleep as well.

Will keep it up longer of course it may just take her a while to adjust

Thanks for the help

Always nice to hear good news.  Maybe if you think she's getting OT just drop bt back for one day to help her catch up and see what happens. However often when they start sleeping better they appear more tired for a bit while they catch up.

Can you post what her day looks like now?

Great progress  ;D definetely this is a babywhisperer success story!! Day looks like:

Wake 8 (wakes by herself chatting)

Nap 12-2 ( often very tired by 11.30 )

Bed 6.30-7 (sometimes I get home from work late)

Waking intermittantly at either the 40 minute mark after sleep or 1 1/2 hours after bed going back to sleep fairly quickly within 10mins or so.

She does seem very tired more tired than when she was having an activity time between 9 and 12 at night its strange...

Was thinking of getting her up at 7 and then 2 hours nap in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, but maybe she will be OT then at bedtime ?

I saw other post thats recommended the morning nap be 1 hour and long afternoon nap...

Yay!!  Glad things have improved.

Is there a difference between the 6.30pm or 7pm bed?

If so maybe you could do a short morn nap on days when you think you may be late in?
