Ok well have had an interesting week. Tried the idea of a heavier meal at supper at 5, and double diapered because of the extra bottles during the night their nappies can't cope. Also early to bed by 5.30. Griffin slept through on wed night untill 6, liam woke up at 2 and i gave him a bottle but only 150ml not 250ml, he went back to sleep untill 6. Last night same procedure griffin slept through but liam woke up at 1.15, we decided to commit to PU/PD and did it till 2.15, luckily griffin did not wake up, and liam then slept through untill 6. Am going to bite the bullet tonight again and keep up with Liam if necessary. Is just difficult to know when is a hunger wake up and when just habit that one has to do PU/PD for.

I would say the fact that he went to sleep with pu/pd and slept til six means he is not hungry.   Great great work mom !   Keep at it!!
