If you have a stream or pond anywhere near you, I guarantee your ds would LOVE to collect rocks and then toss them in. My dd has been doing this forever and still can't get enough! On the warm days you'd be amazed at how much fun a lo can have with a big bucket of water along with some smaller containers...pouring, splashing...so much fun!
