Well we have good news, did not want to post earlier just in case i jinxed myself lol
Last night was fab, still woke at 12.30 so yes i think habitual could be the reason. He did not wake at 3.30am but woke at 5am so i fed him, and guess what HE SLEPT TILL 7.20am
"I still woke up think i may have the habitual thing going on now" lol. I can't believe it, he has not slept till that time for about 4 weeks
. I just wonder if that is what the root cause of the OT has been, as i have not been feeding him during the night bar his dreamfeed, he has been hungry!! therefore in a restless state of sleep from 5am till 6am where i would then feed him. Not sure, but seem to make sense.
So today has been better, still not brill on naps as you will see, but better than they were. I have totaled his day time sleep and i may wrong as it works out as just under 4hrs is this too little? . I just could not seem to find enough hours to fit everything, i hope i have done the right thing
. If not never mind it cant get any worse than it has been
