Hi all,
We finally got 2 hour naps a couple of months ago (the first of her life), and now we already have to cut them back (I think). She is taking 45 minutes plus to fall asleep at night. So I cut the naps back to 1.5 hours. Still taking a long time. And she is NOT happy when I wake her up from the nap.
Here is the current routine:
Awake - 6:30
Nap - 1:15pm-2:45pm
In bed at 8:00pm, takes until 9:00 to fall asleep.
So that's 9.5 hours at night, not enough! And 11 hours total sleep! She is low sleep needs, but come on.
Any suggestions?
