What did you decide, Becky?  I would try the meds again before cutting the nap, but I know you don't want bedtime to get too late.  Honestly, if my LO had a day like Henry yesterday, it would have just been the early bedtime with the meds that helped, not necessarily the A time.  On days she's had an early nap, her A is much longer than she can handle, but I don't want to do bedtime too early, iykwim.

yes but it was not really an early bed seeing as he had been up since 5.30am and did a 5.45 A time after a 1.5 nap - seems kinda weird to me. Not sure I will ever figure it out but keeps me busy trying to....

The long nap late bt or cut the nap and earlier bt is something only you can decide and it may be trial and error.  What happened with bt in the end?

Incidentally - nurofen = 100mg ibuprofen / 5mls

Oh, yes, forgot, sorry.  I thought it was 6:30 am, but that was today (or yesterday now).

And Lucy . . . can't get over your picture.  So very cute!!
