i need a coffee creamer!

im dying without my coffee (even though its decafe lol) i cant find a MSPI free creamer! powdered is prefered thank you!

Can you just use almond milk?  I was looking for a creamer when my LO had the same issues and there are dairy free creamers, but they are gross and filled with all kinds of ingredients you can't pronounce (which makes them less appealing to me).  I found almond milk and it was a nice alternative to me.

Was just about to post exactly what Kara recommended.  I'm having a cup of coffee right now with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk.  Wonderful!

How are you doing otherwise with the elimination diet?  How's your LO?  Are you seeing any improvement?  I hope so!

Tari-its still not going very well...shes not eating good and crying all day but we saw the GI doc early b/c i called 2x a day for 3 days and he changed her reflux med dose and told me not to eat beef or egg either...her poops are ok now and shes spitting up ALOT less so im very hopeful

Hemp milk is the creamiest milk substitute I've found.  Well, except for coconut milk, but hemp milk has a much more neutral flavor. Not sure how you'd feel about coconut flavored coffee.

i havent seen hemp milk anywhere! i will have to look b/c i tried the almond milk and its not bad but it doesnt make my coffee light enough for me and its just blah.......i really like powdered creamer thats what i always used........

I know this is old, but the best, 'can't tell the difference' cream sub I've found is 'SoDelicious' coconut milk creamer - doesn't taste like coconut and is very very creamy - I find that the almond milks and other alternatives are too watery to make my coffee the way I like it.

sweet TY i agree the others are not working i gave up coffee....i did like hemp milk by itself for a while but they i got so violently sick from it! real bad case of food poisoning!

well im back on it lol this coconut stuff is AMAZING! the only thing is you can not buy the flavored ones b/c they have natural flavoring in them. but the plain works just fine!

LOL!  I thought about it after I saw your post about giving it up and thought "gosh - I hope she doesn't try that coconut stuff then because it's going to make her start drinking coffee again it's so good!"

It is good, isn't it?  doesn't taste like coconut and is so creamy - just like cream!  I like the plain the best anyway - not a flavored coffee kind of gal myself...

its awesome really. im having tea more too and i really enjoy waking up and having a coffee! TY so much! besides they say coffee is great for you one day and horrible the next...so ill take my chances lol
