I don't do spoon feeding as DD is much older - tho as we did BLW I never did anyway.
Khalam's Mama - I have a savoury flapjack recipe which doesn't use any sugar at all (it's cheese, eggs, oats and butter - can also add veggies too). Let me know if you want the recipe - wasn't sure if you wanted a sweet treat or just an oat-based treat.
Karen - thanks for sharing your sweet flapjack recipe - might just have to try them

Amy - no, I didn't use your granola bar recipe (but I will at some point

) - will bore you with the details on the menu planning thread of the recipe I used - have to say that Granola Bars are very good tho and I'm blame you for starting me on a new craze

Today
B: rice crispies & milk, few dry CN cornflakes on the side, innocent smoothie
S: 2 x berry & spice oatcakes, water
L: (out) child's egg mayo sandwich, small sausage roll with brown sauce for dipping, jelly, small carton OJ - plus a dried apricot and a couple of dried cranberries when we got home - DD requested them
S: none - not sure why . . . I was working this aft (don't usually do Monday) and when I got back DH said he'd not given her on as she hadn't asked (usually the first words she utters when she gets up from nap are 'snack please'

) By the time she was interested in snack it was too near dinnertime
D: sausage 'meatballs' in a tomatoey sauce with rice (ate a decent amount today), yoghurt, melon, another dried apricot and a couple of dried cranberries, milk and biscuit
