Ok, now I have to go back and read about Berni's boobs...
Don't think you can call them boobs anymore

I was waffling on about them at the end of the last thread - I couldn't be one of the 'Starbucks Mums' cos I think you need to have a pair of pert boobs in your uniform with your oversized sunnies and high heels

Nicole - I think I remember you (or your DH?) making the sausage/apple/onion pie - didn't you have to make holes in the mash potato topping to pour the stock through? Someone did - and I still have the mental pic which always brings a smile to my face when I make it

Steph - the Boo-bree story is just too cute . . . tho am glad that my fridge is up high cos if DD could get to the Boo-brees it wouldn't be one berry at a time it would be a punnet at a time!
Breakfast is not a problem in our house - as you've probably noticed . . . tho it is 'cereal please' whenever we ask DD what she wants for breakfast. Very rarely she might answer 'toast please' and other days I just tell her we're having pancakes if I've made them - but as she gets yoghurt and honey with them (yoghurt being one of her fave things PLUS she gets to lick the honey spoon when we're done - so double bonus for her

) she never complains.
The only meal we seem to have 'problems' with is dinner - but it's not a daily occurence and I figure that DD gets her calories earlier in the day - whereas the LOs who aren't that bothered by breakfast maybe make up their calories later in the day, kwim?
Today:
B: guess what - DD had cereal! bowl of shreddies & milk (rice crispies had run out!) , CN cluster on the side, some banana (still insists on sharing with DH and I - she left a piece for DH on his place mat as he hadn't come in from night shift when we ate our breakfast!), apple juice
At CM:
S: animal biscuits, water
L: jacket potato with cheese, bun yoghurt, juice
S: party sausages, crisps, grapes, milk
S: mini milk ice cream/lolly, juice
At home:
D: 1/2 fish fillet in breadcrumbs, chips & baked beans with brown sauce for dipping (ate the lot), yoghurt, peach juice, biscuit, water
Wasn't expecting DD to eat much at dinner as she seemed to have eaten quite a lot at the CM - however she wolfed it down and even asked for more chips!

Unfortunately there weren't any more - you can guarantee if I'd put more on her plate to start with she would've left some!
