I am fairly sure Alrposoya do a cream too but Oatly should suit even more people
Well until today I didn't think Olly liked a sauce on pasta so he has it dry just mixed with anything he will eat, always a protein and then veg. Sometimes I will put a bit of olive oil over if I think he needs a bit of fat/calories that day. Now I think it is tomato sauces he doesn't like.
He had this today and had eaten his chicken/veg and had a bit of pasta left. Was reading a AK book and saw she had a recipe where she pured over the cream at the end and I had some in the cupboard sothought why not! He DEVOURED it! Was actually panting at the carton! Thought I would pull a fast one at dinner and poured it over mashed potato but he was not fooled. Had a tantrum though as he was so desperate for more of the cream! How can anyone not like mash?? lol
Also bought a range of soya cheeses today (from a local organic shop) so will trial these with him too. He loved the cheddar style cheese today it is whether soya loves him though
If anyone has any suggestions of how I can use the cream to create more recipes it would be appreciated. I have visions of him having his usual pasta, protein, veg just with cream poured over at the end!
