Night Time Waking... 1 hour after going to bed

Hi, new to this ... my daughter is going through a phase of waking an hour after she goes to bed and then not going back to bed until 10/11ish, she wakes and cries and then when I pick her up and cuddle goes back to sleep on me but if put her back down wakes up again and cries...this repeats until she just gets up then... any ideas on this one please?
