Hi guys,
I've been trying to figure out if it is best to switch to toddler formula or fresh cows milk for my Ds who has just turned 1.
I can tolerate cows milk with cereal and tea and coffee etc, but when i have a shake or smoothie with cows milk i tend to feel very full for ages and feel icky in the belly.
DS also has little bit of IBS and is on meds for reflux, he switches form constipation to loose stools regularly, then some days they are "normal". Elimination diet and keeping track records have not given me any clues. He isn't fussy or uncomfortable, super happy baby, eats well, sleeps well, but something is niggling at me not to give fresh cows milk in such large volumes?
I have purchased the next stage (toddler milk drink) suitable for 12mo+ I'm thinking I will change him onto this and continue to just put cows milk in his cereal.
He eats well (according to the toddler servings chart, although he could do with eating more veggies

) plus he will have 450mils to 750mils of formula milk a day. This all depends on him of course

.
I would love to know what you guys did regarding fresh cows milk or if you opted for toddler formula. Also how you did it and how your LO's reacted?
Thanks in Advance ladies
