Growth Spurt?? 3mth Sleeping through now started night waking?!?!

Hi,

My 12 weeks old has been sleeping from 7pm until 6.30am (with a dream feed at 10pm) for about 2 weeks.  But then the last 3 nights she has started waking at 2am ish for a feed again.  She obviously wants it as is generally taking about 5oz then and still taking a proper full feed in the morning.  Any advise on why this might be and what i should do?

She's been cutting back on her day time naps too and now only sleeps abotu 3.5 hours in the day.  So coudl it be a growth spurt??

Any advise on what you think is reasonable to expect from a baby this age with regards to night sleeping and any advise on what to do abotu this woudl be very gratefully received...

My LO did the same, she began sleeping that same time from 7 weeks and all of a sudden decided to wake up anywhere between 2 and 3am for a feed. I think it was a growth spurt but it took us a while to get back on track because she was having that feed at 3am she wasnt as hungry in the morning (which I have also heard means that they werent hungry during the night but waking out of habit). Anyway the good news in is that we are back on track at 4 months however I have had to introduce a DF which wasnt in place before...go figure!

My LO is 12 weeks on sunday and has also backtracked a little.  We don't DF so he wakes around 1am and was starting to go to about 6.45am without feed (although would often wake and fuss at 4 am).  last 2 nights he has woekn and fussed at 4am for up to an hour before then screaming for food?  Difficult thing for us is that LO is not interested in 7.30am feed!!!!!  I am thinking of reducing the 4am feed by an oz tonight and see waht happens........

I know this won't help you, but i guess it says we are all going through something similar - suspect a growth spurt!
