I think if she's waking at 5:15, instead of the schedule you posted I might try a 20 minute nap at 9, then shoot for a 2 hour nap from 12:15-2:15, with bedtime still by 7. The full one hour nap early in the day might actually reinforce early wakings...

Was going to suggest the same - you want to start moving towards shortening that 9am nap so she will take the bulk of her sleep in the afternoon.  I would start cutting it back but 10-15mins every couple of days and see how you go.  It will probably take a while for her to get the hang of it but for us this was key to moving to 1 nap. I'm no expert - we've been up since 5.30 am this morning again but left him whinging till his lights came on - one day he will get the message! I think he's teething again though so the 2 yr molars may be on the move which of course wont help!

Teething definitely doesn't help. DS used to regularly sleep until 6:30/6:45 but with the current crop of teeth one after another we're lucky to get past 6...
