Hi,

I wonder could ye  advise me. Gosh so tired. Really thought by now I would be feeling somewhat normal! Tx girls!!!

My LO is 5 mths and one week and was fantastic regarding sleep until the last few weeks.

Baba awake anytime from 5.30am - 6.00AM but does not want food, or if does will just take an oz. I then try shssh pat, and leave room but its like a merrygoround until 7.45am. My big concern is I have three other kids and if all up at 5.30am it makes for a stressful morning!

8am bottle 9oz and three spoons of fruit
Up for two more hours.
Bed at 10am until 12.15
Bottle and then three spoons of veg
Up for two hours
Bed around 2.30pm until 4. Could even be just an hr sleep here.
Bottle and three spoons of veg or fruit
Up until 6.15 and sleeps in buggy or chair for 30 mins.
7pm bath play and bottle at 8pm
Bed at 8.30. Sleep by 9 at latest.

Just wondering
Is baby sleeping enough during the day?
Should I increase food
Should I get rid of 30min nap. But if up from 3.30pm its a long evening till 8 and I think v young to be up for 5sh hours.

Thanks everyone, I know I shouldnt complain re. early mornings when sleep is good for the night. But with other kids waking when baba wakes it makes for a long day and everyone tired!!!

I see you have another thread exactly the same on General sleep.
To prevent you from getting overwhelmed with advice, and potentially conflicting at that :(, I'm going to lock this one.
