Best flow teats for a reflux baby??

My lo is 2 weeks old and has a reflux.  I'm currently using Tommee tippee variflow but am wondering if the slow flow wouls suit him bettwr?
Any advice?

What are you feeding from the bottle? We used the TT vari flow and they are good with breast milk/ normal formula as they don't drip like some flows/teats so baby can suck to suit themselves more easily.

When my DD moved to reflux formula we needed a faster flow as it is a bit thicker and finally found the Avent variflow to be the only ones fast enough for her.

I would think the TT variflow would be fine for a 2 week old - depending on what you are feeding from the bottle!

What issues are you having, is your LO on meds?

Hi,
He sometimes seems like he's drowning/can't get his breath (on formula milk) as it seems to be coming out too quickly and he spits it out. He arches his back sometimes when feeding and cries out.

Hi Hun we has the same with our LO. She is 11 weeks now but we used no1 teats on tommie tippie bottles for 1st few wks as variflow made milk come out too quick. Our HV said if quite a bit was coming out of her mouth or she seemed to be spluttering the teat was too fast flowing. She has since gone onto gaviscon in her comfort milk and this was blocking the no1s so at about 6weeks we changed to variflow and all has been fine. HTHs
