LOL! I remember when DD was a newborn baby I was all shy about BF until we got to the stage you're talking about... You're naked in public and that is that. lol
Just make sure she's feeding well - try to find quiet corners as much as possible, to avoid getting into the NF again - but from time to time she might still need them.
