Does anyone drink almond milk??? Love it!!! I know that the fat content is different from that of cow's milk but does anyone give it to their LO? I'll admit that I'm a bit ignorant on these types of things.
thanks

You can absolutely give almond milk to your LO, but like you said it doesn't have the same fat content as regular milk. But I think if you mix it with coconut milk it has a similar nutritional profile to cow's milk and is a great alternative to LO's who can't tolerate cow's milk. HTH
