I would suggest 02.45 for the first A of the day and maybe keep the rest @ 02.30 & see, the reason that I suggest this is because for your EASY above, you had a UT nap after 02.30ish A time & although that nap wasn't restorative enough, you still got a good nap after another 02.20 A time, which means he's capable of handling more A time now :)

I gotcha!!! BTW, have I told you that you are an angel? I would be a complete wreck right now if it hasn't been for this forum and for all of your help.  :) So, this is how today went. I think we still have some tweaking to do as naps have been a little off today.

A 6:30
E 6:40
S 7:00

A 9:15 (awake for the day)
E 10:45
S 12:04 (w/d: 11:35, in bed 11:45, total A time: 2 hr 49)

A 12:40 (35 min. nap, no crying, playing in crib)
E 2:30
S 3:13 (w/d: 2:30, in bed 2:45, total A time: 2 hr 33)

A 3:43 (30 minute nap, woke up happy  ??? ???)
S 4:20 (resettled)
A 5:00 (40 minute nap)
E 6:20
S 7:30 (w/d 7:10, in bed 7:15, total A time: 2 hr 30)

**Updated:
A: 8:00 (bedtime routine)
in bed by 9:10, asleep by 9:30

Will update the rest tomorrow. What do you make of the 35 minute nap in the morning? Is that OT or UT? Should I keep the first A time at 2.45 for a couple more days and re-evaluate? Also if the 1st nap is short, do I shorten the 2nd A time to 2 hrs? or 2 hr 15? Based on yesterday, I shortened it to 2.15 today but I got a 30 minute nap instead of a 1.5. Will update the rest after BT.

Ok...I am totally confused again!!!! I've been trying to keep the first A time to 2:45 for the last two days and been getting mixed results. Today's EASY so far:

A: 6:45
E: 6:55
S: 7:10 (had written earlier as 8:10)

A: 9:00
E: 10:45
S: 11:55 (w/d 11:20, in bed 11:30, total A time: 2hr 55) - took DS 25 minutes to fall asleep  ??? ??? ???

A: 12:20 (25 minute nap) ARGHHH!!! - left to see if he would go back to sleep...nope..happy, laughing, cooing and playing in the crib
E: 2:00
S: 2:35 (w/d 2:10, in bed 2:15, total A time: 2hr 15) DS was upset and was fussing a lot before going to sleep..this may be OT

**UPDATED:
A: 3:07 (30 minute nap)
S: 3:15 (resettled)
A: 3:44
S: 3:50 (resettled again)

A: 5:00
E: 6:20
S: 7:30 (w/d: 7:00, in bed 7:15, total A time: 2.5 hrs)

A: 8:11 (night-time routine)
in bed by 9:15, asleep by 9:30

Should I keep with the 2 hr 45 A time or should I reduce it again? This is sooo frustrating.

**Updated:

Sorry, I had to make a correction on the 1st time! I had posted 8:10 as the sleep time but he went back to sleep after his feeding at 7:10.

We're totally there for u hun, hand on in there, this really is a tough stage, I remember pulling my hair out when Adam was the same age and it was really frustrating!

What happens during that very first A portion of the day, I'm worried that he may consider himself up for the day and then dealing with the S part as a nap, kwim. I've noticed that on the day that u had a long first nap following 02.45 A time, A was very short in the early AM, while yesterday it was longer. Another thing, it's best to aim for a 12/12hrs day & night or maybe 13/11, whatever suits your lo, but keeping things within 24hrs. So if BT is @ 07.30, it makes sense for him to wake up @ 06.45.

What do you think? :)

Sorry, that was a typo. It's the same situation every morning. He gets up between 6:30-7:00 to feed so I consider it as a NW rather than an EW because he goes right back to sleep after he feeds. Am I right to think this way? Usually when he gets up in the morning, he has only had 9.5-10 hrs sleep, then he usually goes back to bed and wakes up generally about an hour-1.5 hrs later. I do try to keep the day at around 12/12...when he wakes up at 9 ish, I have him in bed and asleep by then.

I'm going to try 2.45 hrs again as his first A time tomorrow and see what happens. If I still get a short nap, I might just shorten it back to 2.5. It seems that I have more success getting him to nap longer at 2.5. I'll post his EASY again as the day goes on.

Well, I'm still in a bit of a mess here. I can't seem to get the 1st A time right. The past 2 days, I've been getting 30 minute naps again. Here are my EASY for yesterday and today:

Sept. 10
A: 6:00 (woke up FAR too early for his feed so I did not go to him - hoping that he would fall back asleep..nope... :P)
E: 7:10
S: 7:30 (went back to sleep because he only got 9 hrs of sleep at that time)

A: 9:15
E: 10:40
S: 11:45 (w/d 11:15, in bed 11:25, total A time: 2 hrs 30)

A: 1:00 (1 hr 15 min nap)
E: 3:30
S: 4:00 (w/d 3:40, in bed 3:45, total A time: 3 hr) - long A time because was out doing errands

A: 4:30(30 minute nap)
S: 4:35 (resettled)

A: 5:30 (1 hr 30 minute nap)
E: 7:30
in bed by 8:00, asleep by 8:30 (decided to not do a C/N)

Sept. 11

A: 7:10
E: 7:15
S: 7:20

A: 8:30
E: 10:30
S: 11:20 (w/d 11:00, in bed 11:15, total A time: 2 hr 50)

A: 11:53 (30 minute nap) ARGHHH!!! - left to see if he would go back to sleep...nope..happy, laughing, cooing and playing in the crib
E: 1:30
S: 2:05 (w/d 2:45, in bed 1:50, total A time: 2hr 12 mins)

A: 2:40 (35 minute nap)
S: 2:45 (resettled)

A: 3:45 (1 hr nap)
E: 5:30
S: 6:30 (w/d: 6:15, in bed 6:20, total A time: 2 hr 45)

A: 7:30 (night-time routine)
in bed by 8:45, asleep by 8:53

Should I continue with a 2.5 hr first A time or increase it again to 2.45 hr. Seems like it's hit or miss with both of those A times. Please help.
Also, should I continue feeding the LO when he does that first awakening between 6'ish-7:30'ish? Just concerned that this may form a bad habit in the long
run (he is taking a full feed 8oz bottle during this time)
