The title says it all really!
We are thinking of going for Sophie's birthday at the beginning of January. DH is concerned it will be too much for Alex. We will get the train from Birmingham to London (approx 1hr20) then transfer to St Pancras to get the Disneyland Express to Disneyland Paris (approx 3hrs), arriving about 1pm. Then into the parks for fun! 2 nights there then the same travelling arrangements on the way back. He is a good boy, very textbook and will sleep anywhere, especially in his buggy.
thoughts?

Enjoy  :-*

I'm going to play devil's advocate here. My DD is pretty textbook (although won't sleep anywhere :( ) but the OS from that trip would def. do her in. I would think she would do MUCH better next year. BUT if you can handle possible OT/OS meltdowns and think he won't be as affected by those things as my DD would be, then by all means enjoy!!! (I'd LOVE to take a fun trip---the beach was about all we could handle this year LOL)

We took DD in March this year. She was two at the end of Feb. It was fantastic and she loved it. No problems at all. She even managed with no real nap during the day.

Go for it. If you have a good baby that sleeps anywhere then you will be fine.

I say go for it too.  My LO is angel/textbook and would do well during the trip but it would take us about 3 days to get back on track.  But I bet it'll be worth it. :)

I would go for it too! Took DD1 and DD2 2 years ago when they were 3 and 1 and they both had a ball. We dealt with some OT meltdowns at moments, but we deal with those anyway. I am sure all the fun with be well worth it!!
