we havent done lights at naptime since moving into the new house, thought i would give him a few days to adjust first. hes sick with a cold now and is a bit chesty so dont wanna do any wi/wo while he is like that. I put him to bed early last night, at 7.30 instead of 8, for no other reason than hes coming down with a cold, he didnt act tired until we went to his room and then he slept till 7am so an 11.5 hour night, i know im meant to be cutting back to 11 hours to help with daysleep but i dont want him getting OT and more sick so Im guessing after such a good night and a 7am wakeup i should aim for a 12.30 nap?
