A quick question - do you wake her in the morning, or do you always wait for her to wake?  One thing which can help stabilise a routine and lengthen nights is to wake them at pretty much the same time every morning - it 'sets' their bodyclock a bit so the day falls into place better.

PP does have some great suggestions - hope the plan works!

Well having amazing progress now!!! ;D

Yesterday she did:-

Awake 7

Nap9-30 -11.30

3.30-4 slept 20 mins- wouldnt sleep any more than that :)

Bedtime 7
Slept through one NW but I think she was cold almost straight back to sleep  :)

Today did:-

Awake 7
9.20-10 cat nap

1.30-3.30 she's still asleep

Its going really well seems like a small catnap seems to be in the answer either in the morning or afternoon any more than that doesnt suit. She was even in good form when I woke her from the catnap and slept fine this afternoon without a problem. This shaving naps here and there works really well.

Thanks to you both Nicole-Ava mom and Clayj the tips you provided were great ;D

Hi

Ok still having a few issues  ::) if I do a catnap and a longer nap either morning or evening

Awake 7

Nap9-30 -11.30

4-4.40 slept 40 mins- wake grumpy about it

Bedtime 8 - not asleep until after 9

Today did:-

Awake 8
9.20-10 cat nap- woke her in great spirits

2.00-4.00- sleep -bedtime 8 not asleep until after 9 again

She doesnt seem tired enough in the evening with 4 A+ time to sleep, and seems to want 5. Tomorrow she is going to the toddler group so will try for only one nap in the day hope that gets things back on track, and cycle the naps from there on.
i think I need her to get to bed earlier so that she isnt so tired in the mornings and needs a nap after 2 hours..plus I think 9 pm bed is way too late. Any tips?
