Things are going downhill again. Night before last she was up every 10-20 minutes from midnight until 3am, just crying, fussing, and having a fit every time she lost her paci (not normal at all). Then she woke at 7:30 took a 1.5 hour nap at 12:45 (busy day out of the house) and then went to bed at 7. She slept really well all night last night and woke again at 7:30 this morning. After that her day has looked like this:

Wake - 7:30 (I have decided that 7:30 is a bad wake time for us. I can't fit in 2 naps very well, and it makes the day too long or bed time too early with 1 nap)
Nap Attempt #1 - 10:15 ( she seemed really tired and then woke right up as soon as she was being cuddled before bed)
Nap - 11:45
Wake - 12:30 (gave up on getting her back to sleep after 45 minutes of trying)
Nap - 4:00

She will be getting up at 4:30 and then going to bed at 8:30 (hopefully).

I am not sure what is going on, but I think she is just right on the verge of being able to handle 1 nap, but can't quite yet. I think tomorrow I am going to try getting her up at 7 (if she sleeps that long) and doing two naps. She has also had a low fever for a few days now (just 99.2-4) but the only personality change I have seen along with it is a big jump in tantrums/mini fits. Not sure if it is OT or if something else is going on. Any other suggestions?
