another question about milk...
« on: October 15, 2010, 11:57:04 am »
DS is two and he has a constant runny nose. He does have quite a bit of dairy and I am wondering if this is not helping. I think it might be worth a try to cut back a bit and see if it helps or not.
So...we have the amadeus cow cup and he has half of that full of milk morning and night as well as milk on cereal and yoghurt twice a day. He also has cheese.
Could someone just remind me of the dairy recommendations for his age. I don't want to cut out a whole food group but I do want to cut down.
thanks
bx

UK guidelines are much lower than other countries' -- UK is 300 mls per day, rest of world is 500 mls per day.
