what do you give your lo's for pudding? We seem to mainly give yoghurt with stewed fruit. He also loves custard and rice pudding. I am looking for some non-dairy ideas...thanks x

D has fruit for pudding after 1 meal and then a dairy pudding after her other meal. She has all different kind of fruit, sometimes stewed, sometimes not.She likes the cow and gate fruit pots too and you can get the fruit in the sugar free jelly pots which are a big hit here too! i always keep frozen fuit/berries in the freezer too which are handy.

Low sugar biscuits, homemade breads (banana bread, zucchini bread, weetabix loaf, etc), homemade muffins, baked oatmeal, jelly, yogurt, soy pudding, fruit, toast with jam...that's all I can think of!
