doesn't cry ... sometimes.
And I've noticed it with other folks too. Intermittently when a crying smilie is entered it just appears as keyboard characters. Other times it takes on the animation and cries.
Doesn't matter if I type the characters in or use the preset "click on crying smilie link". It always comes up ok in preview, but once posted it's a 50:50 which one will appear.
What gives?

very strange, isn't it? I went for months without the shocked emoticon actually giving the blinking, bulging googly eyes. not sure what actually fixed it in the end... maybe that was when i switched to firefox? don't remember....
