Can you clarify when you LO actually fell asleep for that first nap?  Was it 9:00 or 9:20?  Also, when is the wakeup time?  Closer to 6 or 7?

It is likely that she is waking at night and early in the morning from OT due to all the short naps.  Does your LO sleep independently?

ETA: posted after EM

 Is her reflux under control?

I know she's getting the max for her age. I'm always hesitant to tell someone to increase their As when their baby is so tiny, but maybe she just needs a bit more for her first A time?

Is she going through anything right now developmentally?

However, I don't think A times could be the whole story. I actually don't know why she's happy at night ...those are usually indicative of an increase in A time. A closer look at your routine really makes me think she's OT. have you tried putting her down earlier than 2 hours from when she wakes? Like 1.5 hours perhaps? Does that give you a better nap?

Is she teething?
