Oh, yay, something is helping!

Do be careful with the melatonin for long-term use; my jar says not to use it for more than 2 weeks consecutively - might not hurt to double-check with doctor. But for getting my kids to sleep in the first place, it's great for times when they're wound up (good for travel, in other words :)) or time changes.

two weeks really?
Doc here says he has to be on it a few months... think i will be checking up on that when i next see her.
we have run out and the next batch isnt in yet and nights sleep has been disturbed again.
lets hope they get it in soon
