welcome to BW!!  Are you familiar with EASY?  Looking at your routine, I'm guessing your son is OT (overtired).  2 30 min naps is not enough daytime sleep for a 6 mo.  At this age, most bubs can handle 2 hr 15 min - 2.5 hrs of A time, and it looks like he's doing closer to 3 hrs.  Also, a 30 min nap often indicates OT.  The first  A time of the day is often the shortest, so I'd be looking to put him down around 9/9:15 for that first nap.  Then if it's still short, I'd shorten keep the next A time right around 2 hrs as well (maybe less....he won't be well rested from a 30 min nap and not really able to handle 2.5 hrs of A time).  He may then still need a short catnap after that 2nd nap in order to make it til bedtime.

One other question - when you say breakfast, lunch and dinner - is that solids or bottles?  Are you doing both at the same time?  how long has he been on solids?

Do you give the bottles first or the solids first?  You really want to make sure he's getting the vast majority of his nutrition from the milk, not the solids.  And tummy upsets from solids are really common at this age - so just keep an eye on that.  Let me know how it goes with a routine tweak.

It can often take several (5+) days for a routine change to result in a sleeping change, so hang in there!  Also, if he has a short nap (anything less than 1 hr), then the next A time needs to be shortened, as he won't be well rested enough to handle the longer/more average A time.  Here's a quick link the check out: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=128419.0
