My LO is 3.5 months and has been doing 45 min naps since about week 8. It's been very hard to stick to our EASY routine because of that but we've persevered. I have tried the easy fixes - less A, more A, extra feeding but nothing works. She can now stay up 1.5-1.75 hours so it's got easier to manage the 3 hour EASY we're doing. Anyway, I keep reading about techniques to extend her naps but I'm wondering if I should be trying these or not. She's not a grumpy baby anyway and whenever I go in to get her from her naps she's happy and delighted to see me. I would obviously really like her to nap longer (mostly for my own sanity and Y time!) but I'm wondering if perhaps I'm trying to stick a round peg into a square hole!?

TBH honest in a couple of weeks you'll probably move to a 3.5/4 hour EASY and you'll prob find the increase in A time will help the naps anyways.  If shes waking happy she sounds UT.

Her A time is fairly typical for her age too.

Do you think shes ready for more A time?  Does she sesttle quickly for her naps at the minute?
