Hello Everyone, i need lots of help and advice becuase i don't know what to do any more
My DS#2 is exactly six months and one day old.
He has been teething since he was 2 months and 3 weeks
I managed to sleep train him and he was able to learn how to sleep on his on with little or no intervention from me
But since he has been teething it has all gone all over the place especially because he has had two bouts of cold in between so it has really been very very wonky.
however i feel that it has slowly become  a habit because he can sleep, on his own in the afternoons and he often has two 1.5 hours sleep and a 1 hour or 45 minutes nap.
He is on a four hour EASY WITH 2.5 HRS awake time.
I will list the problems I have with his night sleep as follows:

~~ He goes to bed by 7PM/7.30pm... and wakes up by 11 pm, for a bottle, sometimes he finishes his 4 0z other times not.

~~ If i put him back to bed immediately he will cry and kick his feet until i carry him because he cries so loudly and i worry about him waking his brother up

~~ after about 30 mins of rocking him he goes back to sleep but is awake within the next hour and he does that hourly waking until it is 5 / 6 am at which point i toss him into bed with him to that i can sleep

~~ when he wakes at night, DH can not settle him because DS will not have it for any reason, like i said he cries very loud and we worry about neighbours and our son in the next room so i quickly take him from DH and DS promptly closes his eyes !! and instantly stops crying ! ???
I just want to be able to teach him to sleep at night, i am back to work next month , i do a very highly pressurised job and need to wind down and sleep to function properly, plus it will be good if DS can sleep for his own sake rather than screaming at the top of his lungs at night.
Please i need help jus like i said, lots of it.
Many thanks

Some of the other ladies have suggested dropping the CN.  That might help him be more tired at night, which would help him stay asleep.
We have the same problem with not letting DD cry at all because we live in a dorm so can't make ANY noise for fear of waking the neighbors.  I feel your pain!
Have you tried getting to him for the DF before he wakes on his own?  I've found that when my LO wakes on her own she's much harder to get back to sleep than if I wake her.  Seems strange, but it might work.
Good luck to you!

Thanks for your reply !
I don't do dream feed because i had a very difficult time weaning my DS#1 off his dream feed so i am not doing it this time around.
However i am willing to try what works
BTW what is  CN ?
thanks
