constantly waking at around 1 am
« on: December 19, 2010, 13:52:05 pm »
Hello,
My LO is 5 months old. Three weeks ago we used PU/Pd to get rid of the soother and to start the one arm swaddle because she was waking up many times through the night. She is currently on a 3 hour easy and she usually goes to bed for the night at either 7:30 or 8:00 depending on her feeding schedule. I have been doing the cluster feed (6:00, 8:00, 10:30) before bed but she continues to wake three times a night to eat and she usually wants to feed around 1:30 AM which I find early considering her last feed is at 10:30. On the rare night in the past 5 months she has waited to 4AM to feed so I know she is able to wait. She is sleeping with a lovee which she really likes and she is starting to put herself to sleep. However, when she wakes from sleep (same as for naps after 40 minutes) she is incredible difficult to put back to sleep.

How can I help her to stop waking so early without the soother?

Thanks
