4.5 months and still 2 bottles through the night????

Hi,
My 4.5 month (20 weeks) lo has a big appetite and it's getting bigger and to put it bluntly-I'm completely knackered!!!
He's on Aptimil Comfort milk and hass reflux. 

He's moving towards 4 hour EASY now his awake time is slowly increasing and he feeds well.

He eats at following times and rough quantities...
E 7am ish depends on last feed throught he nigh but never less than 120mls
E 10.30ish drinks 210 mls
E 2pm ish drinks 180mls
E 5pm drinks 150mls
E 6.45 pm drinks 260mls

PLUS 2 feeds of 180-240mls through the night!!!!

Should I start to wean??? Any advice?? PLEASE!!!! HV saying tough basically!!

Honestly, it's still very common to still need two feeds overnight at this age...

Yup, we were doing a DF and getting two NF's in until 5.5 months! (she was part FF, part BF)

Really? That's reassuring. I suppose Im concerned because I think he's going to explode with milk!!

It does feel that way sometimes, doesn't it??   But as long as he's not spitting up a ton after he eats and he seems healthy and happy I would just keep giving him what he needs.
