A time during the night
« on: December 28, 2010, 11:41:44 am »
Hi there - brand new FTM here and wondering what we should be doing for A time when feeding through the night (if anything) - it seems odd to stimulate LO with activity after a 3am feeding but at the same time I understand that EASY requires consistency. Any ideas or guidance would be great  :)?

There's no A time during the night. Between bedtime and wake up, it's just eat and then straight back to sleep.

Welcome to the boards ;D

Awesome - thank you so much! Makes so much more sense :) I'm really looking forward to getting my head around this EASY method! So far my LO has been amazing with it all - eating, sleeping etc. -- but he's only 6 days old so I suspect there will be some challenges ahead :) Best to start right now! Thanks again!
