Washing powder for my lo with V bad eczema??

My 5 month old has v bad eczema and we try to manage it the best we can.
Im obviously alwas looking for ways to manage it even better.  I currently use non-bio liquid tablets to wash his clothes in but was wondering if anybody knows of anything better???

We run a second rinse cycle when washing Dylan's clothes, just to make sure that all traces of detergent are gone. :)
D ~ dairy, egg, peanut/nut and mustard allergies
Proud to have breastfed for over 24 months!

Liquid soap flakes - no detergent at all - cleared my LOs eczema right up (along with zero detergent in bath and skin creams too)

extra rinse moves everything off




DD1 Angel/Spirited - Glue ear
DD2 Angel - MPI, Excema, Late talker
DD3 Angel - Milk,Soy, nut,egg intollerence, Saliciyte sensitivity, Reflux

If your LO has a contact reaction to detergent, an extra rinse won't help - it can take several non detergent washes to get rid all traces of (for example) SLSs, which are a very common irritant

we were told by the dermotologist hv extra rinses cleared it all off

though tbh she was parp, told me intollerencies dont exist and you only have an allergy if you go into anfalactic shock.

Exactly!! My Dr told me it want a contact allergy but a fe weeks going totally detergent free, his skin was 99% clear, the best it had ever been!
