Hi Jane, tonight I limited the A time before BT to 1 hour.  DD still woke up after 30 min and we have been patting her for half an hour and eventually we put her in the swing, but still couldn't calm her down..

I'm very frustrated.  DD has been a good day napper now.  Why dose it only happen during the night sleep?  I'm so worried about if she can get enough good sleep.

have u tried w2s?
you go there in her room before she wakes up at 30min after BT and prevent her from waking fully. It might not work the first time, but insist on it for a few days.
I used to have a hard time too when DD woke up fully after BT, but w2s worked for us here.

I think it's worth a try since all the rest you tried didn't work!

Thanks for all the tips!  I'll try W2S, and will report back later.
