2 - 3 NWs at 6 mths???
« on: January 08, 2011, 03:01:52 am »
My DS who is 6 mths old keeps waking every 3 - 4 hours every night. I am just EXHAUSTED. A couple of times when he was around 3 months old he slept from 8 - 2, so I know he's capable of sleeping for longer.

He wakes up and I feed him and I believe that its habitual waking, as he wakes up at the same time EVERY night. He's on solids 2 times a day.

What can I do to help him STTN or even for more than just 3 hours.

TIA.

He wakes up at 8.

E - 8.
A - 8 - 10.45.
S - 10.45 - 11.45. (I usually have to wake him up)

E - 12 (BF). 1 (solid).
A - 11.45 - 2.30.
S - 2.30 - 4.

E - 4 (BF). 6 (solids).
A - 4 - 7.30.
S - 7.30. (Bedtime)

We already dropped the CN as I realised it was causing him to wake up too often. I've realised that with DS if he naps for longer than 3 hours it steals from his nights.

TIA jay3.
