We are back on one nap days too. Even with 6-6.30am WUs we still manage 1 nap. Since his nights have got better (after the scratch tests and food eliminations) his A times have shot up. Can easily get 5 hours + now and STTN :D Finally after a year things seem to be falling into place a bit more! Phew.

Wind! Came off his anti biotics yesterday. Fart and a bit of bum patting and he is asleep again. Made me realise I hadn't even made it downstairs yet though. Got caught up here.  ;) Must go and have a bit of Y time on the sofa with a cuppa. LOL

Sian - Off topic but how's the 1-0 nap dropping going?  This is the first nap Ethan has had in over a week now and think naps are well on the way out.  Will probably just try and get him to have one every so often when he starts getting grumpy!

Well we had planned to give a no nap day a go last week when DH had a week off work but it kinda backfired as we ended up being busier than usual & did more activities so Megan was really tired & desperate for her nap! This week is a bit quieter so I'm playing things by ear....but I'm also a total chicken about her not having a nap, lol!!! I think it would actually be easier if she was refusing naps but she isn't, it's just creating a problem at BT/WU!  :P

Does cutting it back to say 45 mins or an hour not help?  I'll have to pop over to the dropping the nap thread!

Well after many ups and down we are fully on one nap days now. If lo sleeps 2.5-3 hrs for a nap she sleeps 11 hrs at night, if only a 1.5 hr nap we get a 12-13 hr night. If we do get a nw it is never last more then 30 mins, usually a bum change then back off to bed.
This is going to sound like a oscar speach but I would like to thank everyone how has helped me go through the transition, whos answer my questions, giving me advise and just been there for me. I really couldn't have done it without all of you  ;D :-* ;D :-*, so THANK YOU!!!!

I need thoughts on A time after a 35 min nap.
The first A time was 3h20m. He was asleep with in about 9 minutes. So total A time 3h29m. He woke on his own at about 32/35min. I'm not sure which one. He seems fine.
This happened the other day and I gave him a 3 hour A time for the second A time. He went down with no fuss. But, then he only slept a tad over an hour. Usually when that happens that means OT for us. But, I don't want to risk him refusing the second nap either.

Up until about a week ago I was giving him 3 hours after a 45min morning nap, but then he started refusing the second nap.
