How do I know if foods are affecting her?
« on: January 31, 2011, 18:50:47 pm »
Alyssa is doing amazing on cereal.  It has been a week that we have started with carrots and squash and she seems to be doing well. However, her nights are not that great and am not sure if it is her reflux or if the orange foods are bothering her.

Last night, she woke up at 12am, 1am (fed here), 3:30am, 5am, 6am(fed here).   :-\  I watch her when she fussed during these times and she kept wiggling her bum in the air, trying to get comfy, but couldn't.

Hey Sabrina

I think the most obvious thing would be to stop the suspect foods, watch for a change, and then reintroduce again.

It's so hard to know most of the time if food is causing an issue though.  :P
